卢天健，教授，博士生导师，美国哈佛大学工程科学哲学博士。现任国家特聘专家，南京航空航天大学多功能轻量化材料与结构工信部重点实验室主任，兼任国际理论与应用力学联盟(iutam)理事、中国力学学会常务理事、《应用数学和力学》主编、int j mech sci顾问编委等。曾任英国剑桥大学讲席教授，中国力学学会副理事长，教育部科技委数理学部副主任，西安交通大学副校长、校学术委员会常务副主任、多功能材料与结构教育部重点实验室（b类）主任，iutam大会委员会委员、iutam力学学科评议组委员，中国力学学会旗舰期刊acta mechanica sinica主编、int j app mech创始主编、elsevier出版集团学术顾问委员会委员等。
卢天健从事多孔结构跨尺度多场理论和应用领域研究25年，对随机/规则多孔结构力/热/声理论体系、含液多孔介质多场耦合理论等做出了系统的创造性贡献，是该领域的国际著名学者：提出创新的细观力学方法，确定了孔径和孔形貌在不同力/热/声服役条件下的最优解；提出以异材填充点阵构建混杂多孔结构的新概念，开辟了轻质承载结构多功能一体强非线性优化设计新途径；修正biot多孔弹性理论，解决了长期未决的多孔固液界面效应国际力学难题。成果被用于解决高超声速飞行器、航母、空间站等对结构多功能轻量化优化设计要求极高的重点型号工程急需。获国家自然科学二等奖1项（排名1）和省部级科学技术一等奖2项（排名1）。出版9部中英文专著，发表336篇sci论文，其中15篇jmps（固体力学旗舰期刊）、5篇esi高被引论文，25篇被mat sci eng r rep等选为封面论文，sci他引10591次（单篇最高472次、20篇超百次），入选中国科协优秀论文、最具影响国内学术论文和最具国际影响力论文各1篇；获授权国家发明专利59件，专利转化2件。
指导研究生情况：
卢天健教授治学严谨，为人师表，目前已培养国内外研究生100余名，指导博士后20余名，其中1人获杰出青年基金，3人获优秀青年基金，多人被英国诺丁汉大学、华威大学等世界著名高校聘为正教授。
