dr. hu hao, distinguished research scientists (type a) of nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics, professor/phd supervisor, jiangsu distinguished professor.
he received his bachelor of engineering degree from college of optical science and engineering, zhejiang university in 2016. then he studied for a doctorate in school of electrical and electronic engineering, nanyang technological university of singapore from 2016 to 2020. from 2020 to 2023, he continues his research work as a research fellow in nanyang technological university. in 2023, he joined the college of electronic and information engineering, nanjing university of aeronautics and astronautics, as a distinguished research scientists.
dr. hu's main research interests include free-particle radiation, metamaterials/photonic crystals, quantum and nonlocal plasmonics, topological physics. he, as the first, co-first and corresponding auther has published 24 papers in high-impact journals such as advanced materials (2), nature communications, physical review x, laser & photonics reviews (2), elight, acs photonics, nanophotonics, and photonics research. his work has been highlighted by many scientific media, including phys.org,eurekalert!,mirage news,azooptics.com,space daily, florida news times,daytonews,funtitech,verve times and chinese optics.
